The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations & teams for a specific Enablement vertical. In this role, you will support the sales, recruiting, and delivery effort through outstanding customer service, and proactive placement of talent, support implementation of Randstad Digital Enablement strategies to capture market share; manage the sale and delivery of products/services to achieve the agreed result; budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development. 

What you get to do:

  • Oversee AR/Billing adjustments activities. 
  • Manage both onshore and offshore personnel to ensure efficient handling of billing adjustments, address client inquiries, resolve discrepancies and continually enhance processes related to billing accuracy and adjustments. 
  • Respond to routine and complex inquiries from stakeholders, specifically addressing issues related to billing adjustments and AR discrepancies and escalate when necessary. 
  • Effectively communicate relevant organizational changes to the team, aligning processes and expectations with evolving AR discrepancies, and escalate when necessary. 
  • Serve as the main escalation contact for all AR/Billing adjustments issues, ensuring timely resolution of challenges impacting billing accuracy and client satisfaction. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of non-exempt AR/Billing Adjustment Specialists, encompassing hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development. 
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in billing adjustments, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and ensuring best practices across the team. 
  • Oversee maintenance and updates of billing-related tracking documents and client-specific requirements, and audit all billing adjustment activities to confirm accuracy. 
  • Monitor KPIs and billing adjustment data, analyze patterns to draw insights, anticipate staffing needs, and provide strategic recommendations that support operational excellence and service delivery standards. 
  • Drive and implement company and region operations strategy
  • Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal teams to support seamless billing adjustments, coordinating any cross-functional needs and communicating updates clearly. 

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and billing adjustments. Hands-on experience with maintaining billing accuracy, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of client billing issues. 
  • Strong understanding of financial operations principles, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, and auditing practices. 
  • 3 - 5 years of related people management experience. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This includes the ability to manage and analyze data with complex Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting)
