This position is responsible for general operations support including special reporting for customers, talent, field metrics, compliance and background screens, supporting internal company and client audits, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and country mandates, providing onsite and virtual general operations support to the local office, excellent customer service and communication skills, and works in a fast paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for a group/region of offices
  • Assist in the processing of office supply orders, promotional items, equipment orders, and marketing material requests as needed by the field and talent
  • Recurring contractually required drug, health and background screening for talent (post-hire)
  • Assist with employment verification letters
  • Occasionally assist in client audits and internal processes – audit recurring (annual, monthly, etc) background screens for compliance, auditing for talent completion of any mandated employee trainings, and other compliance as requested.
  • Assist with talent travel requests as needed, when contractually required by the client.
  • Handle the ordering of any equipment for talent in Canada as required by the client (laptops, credentials and logins, other computer equipment)
  • May handle some AP processing
  • Provide coverage and back up to other Operations Specialists on the team and cross train tasks throughout the team
  • Provide general onsite office support (badging, parking pass set up, occasional event support, office organization, supply orders, and more as needed)
  • Provide support for local and onsite Executive Leadership meetings and events as requested Other operations support as needed.

EDUCATION:

  • Associates Degree or higher preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 -5+ year’s related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience required

WORK LOCATION:

  • Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual in English and French is strongly recommended
  • Must be proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs) as well as MS Word, Intermediate Excel. Any level of knowledge with Gemini AI is a plus.
