The VP of Sales Excellence will be instrumental in driving business growth by collaborating closely with sales teams to develop innovative solutions and build a robust staffing, managed solution pipeline for a predefined set of accounts and new logos. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless coordination between offshore and onshore solutions, sales, and practice teams to craft compelling proactive proposals and develop cutting-edge new solutions and offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with sales teams to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions and staffing models.
  • Create a framework that standardizes complex bid documentation, leveraging best practices from global stakeholder groups
  • Drive alignment across global pre-sales leadership, customer intelligence, and the growth office as it relates to staffing, Global Delivery Center (GDC), and managed solutions proposals materials to drive up win rates and competitive edge.
  • Facilitate close coordination with offshore and onshore solutions, sales, and practice teams to align on strategies and deliverables.
  • Lead the development of proactive proposals, statements of work, and other sales collateral that articulate the value proposition of all Randstad Digital offerings (onshore & offshore).
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of onshore/offshore focused opportunities, including both existing accounts and new client acquisitions.
  • Contribute to the ideation, design, and launch of new solutions and service offerings based on market trends and client demands.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform solution development and positioning.

Education

  • 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering). Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience

  • 10+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or consulting roles within the IT services or technology industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience working with global delivery models (GDC/offshore/onshore)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate complex solutions to both technical and non- technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to work effectively in a sales-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographical locations
  • Experience in program and project management
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
