your typical day includes

You'll spend your day connecting with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and showcasing the amazing talent we have. You'll also be working closely with our recruiting team to make sure our clients get the best candidates and that everything runs smoothly!

your responsibilities include

  • Driving Sales Growth Through Client Expansion: You'll be at the forefront of growing our business by strategically expanding our relationships with key clients and uncovering new opportunities within their organizations.
  • Building Strategic Client Partnerships: You'll establish yourself as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to position Randstad as the go-to staffing leader.
  • Proactively Identifying and Closing New Business: You'll be actively reaching out to different departments within existing clients to understand their needs and effectively sell our staffing solutions.
  • Delivering Exceptional Service to Fuel Growth: You'll ensure both clients and candidates have outstanding experiences, which in turn strengthens relationships and opens doors for further business opportunities.
  • Leveraging Technology for Sales Effectiveness: You'll utilize our technology to track client interactions and sales activities, helping you to strategically grow accounts and achieve your targets.

your background

  • You have at least a year of demonstrated success in recruiting and/or sales.
  • You have demonstrated extreme accountability to sales metrics.
  • Previous experience in using activity targets to deliver results.
  • You have a history of qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.
