The Sr. Solutions Architect is an integral part of the Marketing and Service Offering Development Group focused on designing complex solutions that involve mega-deals and/or multi-service offerings including international and hybrid related deals.

This position will drive operating income and profitability by transforming the way clients plan, acquire and optimize their workforce. The position routinely will facilitate several senior individual contributors performing solution development, delivery scoping, and will require a high level of expertise, energy, and commitment. The main focus of this position will be to act as the single point of contact for international solutioning work in a practice, be responsible for coordinating with the dPMO, and to prioritize and help assign work to all practice solutions directors. This position will drive major account sales pursuits, and/or with Sales Execs, interacting significantly with clients and prospects. The person will partner within the overall implementation team, client operations teams, multiple solutions directors, and other internal departments to design solutions.

The Sr. Solutions Architect will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business

  • Accelerate the Client Life Cycle focusing on the Assessment, Value Proposition, and Gaining Commitment stages. As part of the Life Cycle, this position will help target and qualify opportunities; work with Solutions Finance and Risk Management to build the financial, legal and risk components and integrate with the implementation and operations team to get solutions in place and operating effectively.
  • Collaborate with management for goals and objective achievement.
  • Generally accomplishes results through senior and middle level managers. Determines and establishes organizational structure and supervisory relationships subject to top management approval.
  • Guide the sales process for complex opportunities within the Client Life Cycle.
  • Research clients, competitors and market conditions related to outsourcing of IT projects and services.
  • Assist in the on-going development of the solutions platform, including the evolution of different “modules” such as sourcing, selecting, hiring, diversity, recruitment, change management, etc., for high volume workforces.

What you need to bring:

  • College degree required
  • Advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 7-10 years of related experience
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Ability to prioritize and develop methodologies and procedures that support solution development
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
