In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Time Capture & Approval solutions. These critical platforms are at the heart of our transactional activity, feeding vital data into our PowerBI business intelligence platform.
You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
