The primary objective of the OTS Local VP, Sales is the driver of sales growth, cadence and governance of the OTS local speciality business. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, hands-on sales leadership, and deep expertise in the M&L staffing market. The OTS Ind VP, Sales will partner, coach and mentor the OTS regional leaders and sales teams, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's market share.

What you get to do:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales execution and cadence to achieve the company's overall growth goals. This includes creating sales targets, forecasting revenue, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for OTS Ind SVPs and their teams.
  • Leadership Influence: Lead, drive, and hold accountable region leaders and their teams to meet expected growth goals. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales quotas.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in new business development, personally cultivating and closing OTS local business. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, industry trends, and client segments to drive growth. Proactively develop account plans for our top 50 prospects and coordinate the execution of these sales plans across the different regions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership. Proactively develop account plans for our top 50 clients and coordinate the execution of these sales plans across the different regions.
  • Cross-Collaboration: Leading by example as a cross-collaborator driving the OneRandstad approach across all specialties, working with functional/operations teams for data analytics, proper CRM usage, reporting, etc. Ensuring strong collaboration with the SANA and Enterprise teams.

What you need to bring:

  • HS diploma or equivalent require
  • 10+ minimum of business experience
  • 5+years of demonstrated success in sales and sales management
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and lead/influence a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Understanding of business trends, financial models, budget planning, and the ability to drive revenue and profit
  • Strong ability to create, develop, and maintain customer loyalty and retention
  • Ability to make quality decisions and effectively manage project and time
