You will act as an acquisition leader within the "Land Team" (Acquisition). Your contribution is to establish and develop new partnerships with Mid-Market clients (500 to 5,000 employees) in Quebec who have a limited or zero footprint with Randstad. This role is an investment opportunity focused on multi-specialty growth and future national expansion.
Strategic Development: Developing and executing the action plan to acquire high-potential accounts in the Quebec market.
Multi-Specialty Sales: Selling solutions from all Randstad divisions (temp, perm, project, etc.) for complex workforce needs.
Advanced Negotiation: Negotiating and managing service agreements. The sales cycle is longer and strategic.
Business Analysis: Maintaining and analyzing centralized customer intelligence to anticipate their needs and influence their strategic decisions.
Full Ownership of the Acquisition Portfolio: Assuming complete ownership of relationships with potential accounts and guaranteeing the achievement of gross margin and growth objectives.
Executive Consulting: Acting as a consultant on recruitment strategy and market evolution for decision-makers (CHRO, Operations Directors).
Contract Management: Managing all issues related to agreements and contractual compliance.
Collaboration: Coordinating business intelligence with field teams and other Randstad LOBs.
Experience (ESSENTIAL): Significant experience in the Staffing Industry and in selling to Mid-Market clients (500 to 5,000 employees).
