What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Have

This role is a dynamic mix of HR management, strategic client partnership, and high-volume recruitment. You will operate as a critical on-site extension of the client's HR function.

    • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business, operational processes, policies, and strategic direction to align talent strategy.

    • Present formal business reviews and propose innovative workforce strategies to client leadership groups.

  • Talent Acquisition & Management (High-Volume):

    • Lead the full-cycle, high-volume recruiting process on-site: screen, interview, select, and manage all aspects of the client-specific workforce.

    • Proactively develop and maintain a robust, evergreen talent pipeline that ensures the consistent quantity and quality of candidates needed.

    • Market talent's skills and abilities, ensuring the best match for both the client's needs and the candidate's career goals.

  • Operational Excellence & Compliance:

    • Act as the primary manager for all Randstad employees on-site.

    • Maintain strict compliance with all operational standards, employment laws, and regulations.

    • Proactively manage and resolve complex client and employee situations in a professional and effective manner.

    • Consistently deliver services that delight our clients and talent through consultative engagement and effective solution delivery.

What You'll Need to Bring (Qualifications)

Experience & Expertise

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a business, sales, or recruiting environment.

  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing (preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage a multi-faceted workload in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels of a client organization (from floor supervisors to executive leaders).

  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and navigate complex expectation management—knowing when to deliver, decline, or adjust strategies.

  • A consultative approach and a drive to offer creative and effective employment solutions.
