Our Talent Solutions Managers are recruiters that help recruit contracted employees to service clients within our strategic accounts portfolio. In addition, they are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting to clients. Each day you will prospect and sell to new and existing candidates to fully understand their needs to support our clients, resulting in full-service talent delivery.

What you need to bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a specialized staffing agency environment, with deep expertise in non-clinical professional services (administrative, back-office, and customer service)
  • Experienced in the end-to-end management of temporary and contract workforces, including sourcing, onboarding, and contract lifecycle management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of hitting recruitment targets and KPIs in a high-volume, results-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
