The Director of Finance is to connect operational and strategic initiatives to financial projections through key business planning activities including budgeting, analysis, decision support and financial reporting functions in Randstad Digital. This role will directly advise business operations, field teams & leadership teams to develop and implement concepts related to financial performance, operational KPIs and strategic planning to drive business results.

  • report, monitor and evaluate the realization of business strategies and their impact financially. 
  • be a steward for the company protecting assets of the company and ensure compliance with policies promote and enhance the internal control environment.
  • business steering with operations and field organization.
  • own the financial forecasting and performance analysis processes for the businesses in scope
  • analyze results to identify key growth drivers and trends, track actual results vs. budget.

What you need to bring:

  • 7+ years experience in finance, most recently in a leadership capacity 
  • experience overseeing large business unites (above $750M)
  • strategic mindset: seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies
  • collaborates, reaches out: building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weakness
  • ability to assimilate broad strategic & complex topics and translate them into tangible business & financial impacts

  • high impact presence, and is capable of quickly establishing credibility, influencing and persuading at all levels of the organization
