What You'll Do

  • Serve as an expert business consultant and trusted advisor, leveraging your industry knowledge and thought leadership to help Retail & CPG customers achieve their digital transformation goals.
  • Drive new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our comprehensive IT staffing services. You will lead the execution of new agreements and optimize existing relationships to maximize growth potential.
  • Analyze market trends and strategically position Randstad Digital's strengths in areas like cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships at senior levels, serving as the primary point of contact for your clients and key partners.
  • Work closely with project and program management to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions through our integrated model.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven IT / Professional Services Staffing Sales Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience and a proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts. 
  •  Demonstrated skill in cultivating enduring, integrity-based relationships.
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities, with a documented history of outperformance.
  • Experience in the Retail & CPG industry is a significant advantage.

Pay Rate: CA$60,000.00 - CA$80,000.00 Annually

The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
