About the Role
Randstad Digital Consulting is seeking a Service Line Partner, AI Enablement to drive firm growth and guide the delivery of transformative AI programs across enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a senior consulting leader who brings commercial acumen and a proven ability to scale AI within enterprise programs while cultivating trusted, long-term client relationships. You will lead strategic portfolios focused on establishing AI Centers of Excellence (COEs) and driving measurable business impact through advanced technology.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business growth through AI solution shaping, and pursuit management across Randstad Digital verticals; drive end-to-end AI solution development in collaboration with Randstad Digital stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide leadership across multiple AI-focused client accounts, ensuring excellence in delivery, client satisfaction, and business impact; serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, guiding large-scale AI transformation efforts and establishing robust AI Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Drive the creation and continuous evolution of AI enablement materials and AI offering model components to differentiate the firm in the market.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engagement teams across operational excellence, data, and technology,ensuring delivery quality, alignment, and a one-team mindset.
- Represent the firm in industry forums and executive roundtables, driving innovation through AI workshops and strategic advisory engagements.
- Contribute to firm strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence initiatives, including the Randstad Digital AI Council.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and collaborative, purpose-driven values, including a passion for mentorship, team development, and fostering a culture of accountability.
What You’ll Bring
- Professional Experience: 10–15+ years of experience, including at least 8 years in consulting or leadership roles.
- AI Expertise: Deep expertise in the human side of AI transformation, data and analytics, technology modernization, and digital transformation.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success scaling AI in enterprise programs and leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Consultative Selling: Successful track record of selling professional services to leadership in both business and technology organizations.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and guide strategic partnerships.
- Collaborative Leadership: Experience leading global or cross-industry teams within a matrixed consulting environment.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with prior experience in consulting solution development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Rate: $118,500.00 - $189,600.00 Annually
Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
