We are seeking a highly driven, elite sales professional to join our team as a Principal. This is a senior-level, strategic individual contributor role designed for a top-tier closer. As a Principal, you will not just sell; you will act as a trusted advisor to our most critical enterprise clients, driving significant revenue while helping shape our go-to-market strategy. You will take ownership of complex, high-value sales cycles, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and serve as an internal subject matter expert.
What you get to do:
- Own and execute the entire sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts from initial prospecting through to contract execution.
- Build and maintain deep, advisory relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers by deeply understanding their business challenges and KPIs.
- Manage multi-threaded sales campaigns, effectively navigating complex organizational structures and procurement processes.
- Identify, research, and penetrate new market segments or verticals to generate robust pipeline growth.
- Act as a standard-bearer for sales excellence within the organization, informally mentoring junior team members and sharing successful strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activity, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasting within our CRM.
What you need to bring:
- 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a documented history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual targets.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the undeniable ability to command a room and negotiate with C-suite leaders.
- Proven ability to build comprehensive account plans and craft tailored ROI-driven business cases.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of operating with a high degree of independence in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay Rate: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
