The Director of IT Applications and Infrastructure Management is a leadership position that leads all aspects of Randstad's infrastructure including design, engineering, implementation, and operations of Randstad’s Infrastructure and Cloud Services. Develops and drives infrastructure automation in conjunction with the assimilation of new emerging technologies, management, and monitoring strategies. Ensure infrastructure services meet global standards as implemented across all Randstad. It also includes our field support team that support end users laptop, network, printer and related items including off the shelf application software support.
Design, develops and implements short and long term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, information technology development and applications infrastructure and the management and security of the information technology infrastructure within the organization.

- Manages the information technology infrastructure within the organization, including the physical network (LAN/WAN, servers, terminals) as well as cloud hosting applications (GCP/AWS) and end user devices.
- Provide technical and functional support to the organization’s internal users of computer applications and hardware.
- Collaborates with application development and deployment in order to release or upgrade solutions , solve issues and problems to ensure continuity. Responsible user access management and authorization setup.
- Responsible for the performance and development of Team Managers, Leads and other team staff.
- Attend and present at customer, internal meetings or 3rd party events to build Support Service branding.
- Oversees the creation and presentation of proposals and RFP responses to ensure timely, accurate and competitive pricing while striving to maintain maximum savings.
- Plan, manage and oversee Service Interruption management (SIM) internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, and strategic pillars.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Team Managers and Leads to build more effective communications, to understand team issues, concerns, support and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of team performance.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Oversee and maintain administration and relevant reporting for key Support Service Enterprise systems. Active Directory, Azure, InTune
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Directly responsible for supervising internal supervisory/managerial employees
What you need to bring:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- ITIL Training
- 12 years IT Leadership Role
- 10 years Cloud Technologies
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in creating and maintaining budgets in corporate environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from complex operational, financial, regulatory or business data
- Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
- Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the support of desktop and laptop technology and application systems
- Project and Time Management – understand and utilize the basics of project management, constraints of time, quality, communication and resources to maximize outcome
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Good understanding of how processes and process ownership affects technology
- Provide leadership by projecting a positive attitude, mentoring and providing learning incentives.

Pay Rate: $130,340.00 - $221,235.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
