This position provides direct administrative support to multiple executive level leaders within the America Leadership Team (ALT). The role is highly project-driven, requiring strong organizational and technical skills to manage competing priorities for several executive stakeholders simultaneously. The successful candidate will act as an operational anchor for ALT leaders, helping meet strategic objectives and ensuring seamless executive workflow.
Ideal candidates are based within commuting distance to an RD office and must be available to support EST working hours.

- Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex, fluid calendars for multiple ALT leaders, strategically scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and protecting executive time.
- Travel Coordination: Plan, book, and coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, creating detailed itineraries to support leaders while they are traveling.
- Spreadsheet & Data Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain robust spreadsheets, tracking logs, and financial/operational data sets to support data integrity and decision-making.
- Expense Management: Process, reconcile, and track leadership travel and business expenses, ensuring strict alignment with corporate documentation and policy requirements.
- Project Tracking & Execution: Take ownership of assigned projects, coordinate timelines, and resolve operational problems to keep ALT leadership initiatives on schedule.
- Data Management & Integrity: Input, update, and maintain business databases (including client information, reports, tracking sheets, and internal notes), ensuring absolute data integrity.
- Documentation & Correspondence: Documentation & Correspondence: Draft, format, and review executive correspondence, presentations, and reports based on leadership requirements.
- Reporting & Analytical Support: Assist leaders by compiling operational metrics, preparing executive presentations/packets, and reviewing specialized background or compliance data as requested.

- Liaison: Serves as a key point of contact for higher-level inter-organizational associates concerning projects, operational decisions, or scheduling requirements. Attends and coordinates briefings for internal and external representatives.
What you need to bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- 2 – 4 years of administrative support experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
- Proven track record of successfully supporting multiple stakeholders or leaders simultaneously
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Data & Analysis: Strong analytical capacity with a demonstrated ability to interpret and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, or business data.
- Execution & Drive: Excellent time management skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to handle multiple leadership tasks simultaneously
- Communication: Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Quality Focus: Exceptionally detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset dedicated to optimizing workflow systems.

Pay Rate: $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
