The Sr. Manager Field Services supporting Randstad Federal will be responsible for overseeing all deliverables & teams within specific scope. In this role, you will support the field efforts through outstanding customer service, proactive placement of talent, support implementation of RD Enablement strategies to capture market share; manage sale and delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development.

- Develop, implement, and track KPIs that measure productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement near & long-term operational strategies to improve performance, optimize resource allocation, and drive growth in alignment senior leadership & Field Services strategies.
- Lead long-term initiatives that scale field operations in support of company growth, new product/service offerings, and emerging technologies in support of broader Field Services agenda.
- Accomplishes results through subordinate supervisors or non-exempt/exempt specialist associates. Modifies the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity subject to senior middle management approval. Often responsible for managing a staff function of the company.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to leadership, influencing key strategic decisions and operational direction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships and drive business growth.
- Oversee operational budget management, resource allocation planning, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Mentor and develop future management talent, fostering a leadership pipeline and culture of continuous improvement.
- Consistently reviews team customer service delivery levels for both internal and external stakeholders, holding the team accountable to high standards.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years Progressive experience in operations required
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong customer focus and excellence customer service skills
- Experience presenting to Sr. Leaders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
- Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
- Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
- Proven experience in Field Operations, Sales Operations, Program Management, or Corporate Enablement within a digital services, staffing, or technology consulting environment.
- Proven experience collaborating & coordinating resources across onshore & offshore teams, lines of business, functional partners and internal & external stakeholders.

Pay Rate: $110,400.00 - $165,600.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
