The Sr. Specialist Business Knowledge RD NAM is responsible for ensuring the adoption of Randstad Digital’s technology systems, platforms and products within the organization. Reporting to the Director, Business Knowledge & Enablement RD NAM, this role focuses on delivering field readiness and training in alignment with RD business priorities with a focus on systems/product UAT training, new hire training & ramp, leadership training, coaching, content creation and continuous skill development, ensuring all associates have the skills, confidence and support to perform at their highest level.

  • Develop an understanding of stakeholder needs for training and work to design and develop necessary facilitation strategies and pivot, as necessary
  • Provide ongoing coaching and one-on-one support to employees transitioning to new business systems, products or workflows.
  • Schedule, coordinate and prepare training/development activities and programs (onsite, remote, & hybrid) to drive systems, products and process adoption.
  • Optimize new hire productivity by performance coaching and providing solutions and tools to managers that help retain and maximize employees in their first year.
  • Participate in all UAT sessions to assist with ongoing training needs as SME.
  • Manage Business Knowledge library, ensuring all content is up to date.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product, systems and processes training in alignment with Business Readiness, Systems & Business Enablement team to ensure timely information exchange, positive interaction and minimal negative impact.
  • Develop train-the-trainer materials so functional leads can sustain delivery post-pilot.
  • Partner with Business Readiness, Systems & Business Enablement to support the creation of the learning experiences that drive adoption and change.
  • Remain current with Randstad Digital policies, procedures, technologies, current practices, and stay abreast of emerging market trends.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product, systems and processes training in alignment with Business Readiness, Systems & Business Enablement team to ensure timely information exchange, positive interaction and minimal negative impact.
  • Ensure new hires, experienced associates and leaders absorb, adopt and retain information on process, product and system offerings within the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires and employees transitioning to RD business systems, products and processes.

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years Proven experience in instructional design, product support, implementation training; staffing industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Demonstrated experience in creating a positive and supportive learning environment, as well as the ability to create engaging and interactive e-learning modules, workshops, and other learning resources.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills required for various levels throughout the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and a reputation for driving accountability and consistency.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of macros, pivot tables is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines with quality.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas, as well as communicate key data to stakeholders and groups.

Pay Rate: $72,800.00 - $109,200.00 Annually

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
