The Sr. Specialist Business Enablement RD NAM plays a pivotal role in the delivery of strategic and operational programs and initiatives, with a focus on: product & process optimization, product & platform adoption, field support, issue resolution.

You will be responsible for ensuring success metrics are achieved across initiatives through tight collaboration with executives, field leaders, corporate and external stakeholders, leveraging an optimistic and flexible partnership approach, consistent communications, and adoption of standard practices. This role requires a commitment to learning how each initiative impacts the big picture strategic goals within Randstad Digital. 

This position will perform functions to ensure the timely completion of initiatives and projects and the identification and mitigation of risks and issues. Projects may require coordination across onshore & offshore teams, lines of business, functional partners and internal & external stakeholders.

  • Prepares process documentation, reports, and recommendations, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on program and project status, key milestones, and areas requiring attention.
  • Supports implementation of process changes by ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Able to effectively communicate product benefits and process changes to end-users/stakeholders.
  • Coaches and supports change agents/teams on how to best adopt new ways of working as a result of rolling out new products and product enhancements and identify challenges associated with the change.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product, systems and processes in alignment with Business Readiness & Transformation teams to ensure timely information exchange, positive interaction and minimal negative impact.
  • Identify challenges associated with product usage and make recommendations on solutions.
  • Create support materials needed to increase adoption of new features/tools.
  • Conducts post-implementation reviews, monitoring outcomes and identifying lessons learned.
  • Prepare reports to identify and collate themes and trends received from field, talent and customers.
  • Provide field support to triage problems and offer solutions based on product capabilities, as needed.
  • Analyze viewership metrics of technology resources to adapt and optimize content.

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years Proven experience in Staffing Operations, end-user Systems/Product/Tools delivery and adoption
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills required for various levels throughout the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and a reputation for driving accountability and consistency.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and project management tool; knowledge of macros, pivot tables is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines with quality.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas, as well as communicate key data to stakeholders and groups.
  • Strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results.
  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience with understanding and delivery of systems/tools/products that support the Randstad Digital business.

Pay Rate: $72,800.00 - $109,200.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
