Our organization has a presence across Canada as well as in 38 countries.
As illustrated in the job description, the role notably involves communicating, both orally and in writing, with other Randstad teams located across Canada and with our international clients and partners. Indeed, international clients and partners represent the majority of our business activities. Following an evaluation, we have determined that the duties associated with this position require knowledge of English in addition to French (spoken and written). We have also determined that the English proficiency already required of other employees does not allow for the execution of the duties requiring English knowledge tied to this role. However, Randstad limits as much as possible the number of positions for which knowledge of another language is required to ensure the effective fulfillment of its mission.
