As a Client Executive, you will be identifying and building relationships with new contacts, generating new business, selling our services, growing the account(s), and driving results. We take the time to build relationships with clients and candidates so we can truly understand what they need and how we can help them succeed.

What you get to do:

  • Successfully prospect and generate revenue from national accounts at the highest level (President, CIO, CTO, Senior VPs, etc.) through regular executive calls, visits, executive presentations, and delivery of top-tier value added programs.
  • Ensure that Randstad is positioned optimally to influence strategic recruitment and staffing decisions within existing accounts.
  • Develop new threads of revenue and increase overall revenue growth through new account penetration.
  • Responsible for attaining overall revenue goals, increasing account share, developing high level business contacts and relationships, achieving margin and profitability goals.
  • Executive management of prospect account activities, coordination of city-level Account Managers, and assert complete ownership of the overall prospect relationship at designated national accounts.
  • Develop recruitment strategy for prospective clients with an emphasis on developing an integrated approach to recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain centralized customer intelligence repository inclusive of organizational charts, media clips, annual reports, current news releases, vertical market analysis, etc., and disseminate amongst the entire client service team.
  • Provide mentorship to Account Managers on advanced client development and service techniques.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven sales history of qualifying and closing business
  • Serious ambition and intention to make important things happen for candidates & clients
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated B2B business development and/or client account expansion success in the GTA market with exposure to complex and long sales cycles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field or 8+ years equivalent work experience required
  • Highly accountable team player approach
  • Proven success in a very fast-paced, team environment
  • Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
