Randstad North America is looking for a Business Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be career minded, highly motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential to the success of this role. Daily Operations: 

Follow processes and procedures to ensure Randstad adheres to federal regulations regarding the employment eligibility verification process, specifically Form I-9 and E-Verify

  • Review I-9 forms and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with USCIS guidelines
  • Work with other team members and other departments to research and initiate resolution of basic operational issues and discrepancies. This will also involve research and an understanding of various Randstad Operating Companies that you support
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Educational background in business, finance, or human resources preferred

Work Experience:

  • 1 + years of work experience in business operations or human resources
  • Preferred experience in Staffing or a Service Industry
  • Experience interfacing with other teams and customers, providing positive customer experience
  • Experience working in high volume environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Attention to detail
  • Compliance mindset with commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain detailed records and track multiple cases
