Director, Finance reports to the SVP of Finance, RDUS and is a member of the finance team (defined as functional) and the Randstad Digital leadership team (defined as business). The Director of Finance is to connect operational and strategic initiatives to financial projections through key business planning activities including budgeting, analysis, decision support and financial reporting functions in Randstad Digital. This role will directly advise business operations, field teams & leadership teams to develop and implement concepts related to financial performance, operational KPIs and strategic planning to drive business results.

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in business economics or related field & a post qualification such as CPA/ CMA/ MBA is seen as a plus.
  • 7+ years experience in a senior finance position.
