The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the billing process for an organization, ensuring
accurate and timely invoicing, and financial recordkeeping. This role involves working closely with various
departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and to resolve billing issues efficiently.
The Billing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring
financial accuracy. Additionally, Billing Coordinator contribute to process improvements by identifying

As illustrated in the job description, it involves communicating, both orally and in writing, with other Randstad teams located throughout Canada and with our international clients and partners. In fact, international clients and partners represent the majority of our business.
Following an evaluation, we have determined that the tasks related to the Financial Analyst position require knowledge of English in addition to French (both spoken and written). We have also determined that the knowledge of English already required of other employees is not sufficient to perform the English-language tasks associated with the Billing Coordinator position. However, Randstad restricts as much as possible the number of positions for which it requires the knowledge of another language to ensure the effective accomplishment of its mission.
