A Creative Recruiter is a sales-minded top performer who is responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement and retention of qualified candidates into temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent placement opportunities with our client companies as outlined below.

Recruitment Requirements

  • Recruits, interviews, and maintains a pool of qualified and committed talent, who are available for placement.
  • Sells qualified talent to Account Managers and clients through the Cella submittal process.
  • Helps drive revenue by working with Account Managers to skill-market most placeable talent to clients.
  • Consults and prepares talent for the interview process.
  • Drives revenue through generating new client leads during interviews, phone screens, and regular quality control calls.
  • Represents Cella as an active participant in local networking associations.
  • Sources candidates utilizing referrals, internal database, networking, job boards, social media sites, and ad placements.
  • Works closely with the Account Managers to specifically target recruiting efforts.
  • Openly communicates updates and status on all open orders with the Account Management team.
  • Conducts applicant pre-screenings, in person interviews, and skills assessments for placement potential and eligibility.
  • Stays knowledgeable of the entire hiring process and ensures compliance.
  • Accompanies Account Managers on client visits.
  • Speaks directly to clients in Account Managers absence in order to provide best-in-class service.
  • Meets assigned goals, activity and outcome metrics.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Talent Management Requirements

  • Performs weekly quality control calls with talent who are working on an assignment.
  • Counsels working talent on areas of improvement to ensure client satisfaction if requested by the client.
  • Consults talent on expectations to ensure strong communication throughout working on temporary projects.
  • Builds talent retention through open communication, well-matched placements, and constructive feedback.
  • Promotes talent benefits offered through Cella with an emphasis on developing long-term relationships.
  • Travels to client sites to do drop offs with working talent for the purpose of talent recognition.
  • Documents all conversations, correspondence, etc. into the database.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working within a recruiting environment, focused on marketing, creative, digital preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Interest and experience working in the agency staffing or creative industries is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable and have experience in a metrics driven environment.
