As a Director, Talent Solutions, FPG, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and driving differentiation within your designated Randstad Professional region, directly impacting our future success. You will direct revenue growth and profitability for Randstad Finance and Accounting by applying our mission and guiding principles to the regional operational plan. This role requires **impact-driven** leadership to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the sustainability of the business, while also setting the cultural standard for aligning actions with our corporate values.
your typical day includes
Your day is centered on **dynamic** organizational leadership, where you will regularly report to the senior leadership team and communicate all relevant business matters, including organizational strategy and leadership updates. You’ll be creating and maintaining a positive company culture through regular meetings with employees, which includes monthly one-on-ones with direct reports and weekly group sessions to ensure effective communication of the company vision. A **proactive** approach is key, as you develop and execute market growth plans and strategies for operating units and business segments.
