The Randstad Digital (RD) Sr. Advisor Sales Support acts as a strategist and consultant supporting the structure of a high-performing digital sales staffing organization. By using extensive experience and data analysis, the ideal candidate develops and executes key sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share ensuring business priorities and objectives are translated into manageable projects across the sales organization. Moreover, the Sr. Advisor Sales Support is directly accountable for ensuring the success of these programs and projects with a focus on long term business objectives vs. day-to-day sales tasks and alignment across stakeholders throughout execution.

What you need to bring:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to identify new opportunities, provide strategic direction and actionable recommendations to help steer revenue decisions and overarching RD sales business strategy.
  • Leverage Randstad Digital/Industry platform channel strategy to formulate integrated GTM strategies that enhances the value proposition of customers and drives market share.
  • Work with sales leadership, sales ops, finance, delivery, consulting and platform services to implement and improve sales management disciplines, promote best practices and lead change management initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry innovations, including GenAI, to assess ongoing assessment of business performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
  • Create high-impact content creation and agendas for key internal and external purposes (ie., leadership meeting, key client / prospect meetings, internal all-hands) and assist with all sales team communications and presentations.
  • Proven track record of addressing complex, large-scale challenges that cut across the enterprise and functions
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to respond to changing market demands and technological advancement

What you need to bring:

  • BA/BS degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of proven experience operating as a Chief of Staff or strategic support role to senior executives and/or project management within a staffing organization with expert knowledge on sales, delivery onshore/offshore business with key industry verticals (i.e., Healthcare, Insurance, Federal Government, Telecom, Consumer Retail, Banking, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking: The ability to understand the bigger picture, think critically, and align sales initiatives with overall corporate goals is essential.
  • Analytical skills: Understanding of and experience with effective use of data (collection, integration, segmentation, activation, and compliance requirements) to drive staffing pipeline and growth.
  • Communication and persuasion: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are critical for influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and resilience: The sales environment is dynamic, so the ability to manage multiple business and technology projects with strong problem-solving prioritization and issue resolution capabilities under pressure is vital.
  • Technical proficiency: Expertise with customer relationship management (CRM) software is frequently required.
  • Innovative: Digitally-savvy and informed on innovations, trends and technologies in the digital space; expert understanding of the best approach to implement new strategies that impact outcomes and drive digital transformations
  • Collaboration: High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
