Randstad, the global leader in the HR services industry, is looking for a driven Staffing Consultant to join our Administrative Professional's Temporary Talent division right here in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

We don't just fill seats; we provide agile workforce solutions. In this role, you will be the bridge between Toronto's top businesses and the skilled administrative professionals who keep them running.

What you get to do:

  • Identify prospects in need of temporary hire workforce services & solutions
  • Growing Accounts (Upselling & Cross-selling)
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Actively identify and build relationships with new decision-makers within the client organization to ensure the partnership survives if your primary contact leaves. 
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person
  • Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)

What you need to bring:

  • 2+ years of sales and business development experience
