Business Systems Analyst –

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier II technical support to end-users on various issues and be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving production support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Define technical problems and work with development staff to determine solutions.
  • Provide assistance in testing and validating solutions.
  • Perform ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance. Focus on support and maintenance of systems and assist with other operational activities as needed. Focus on Front-Office and utilize lead lifecycle, sales, marketing, and recruiting with CRM, marketing automation, Agile tools (JIRA), and recruiting platform (ATS) tools and technologies.
  • Perform moderately complex troubleshooting.
  • Utilize strong business and technical acumen, including Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Analyze application enhancements requested by users.
  • Make formal recommendations and write application specifications, including conversion, upgrade, and interface routines. Follow operating policies and interpret organizational policies.
  • Support all testing needs for defined changes.
  • Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives. Develop and execute test plans, report results, and communicate resolutions to users. Appropriately manage stakeholders, seeking guidance from others on competing priorities.
  • Maintain frequent contact with equivalent level interorganizational associates concerning projects, operations decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarification. Attend briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
  • Maintain positive relationships through changing project requirements and priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic work environment. Provide assistance on small projects. Utilize knowledge of project management methodology, including knowledge of change management practices and related tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field required.
  • Three years of experience defining, analyzing, and crafting req/user stores and acceptance criteria required.
  • Three years of experience working in a fast-paced IT environment and utilizing SDLC methodologies required.
  • Three years of demonstrated experience with Front-Office, including lead lifecycle, sales, marketing, and recruiting utilizing CRM, marketing automation, Agile tools (JIRA), and Recruiting platform/Applicant Tracking software required.
  • One year of project management and testing experience required. Any experience with Wireframe, Ups, Process Mapping, and MS Visio required.
  • Candidates lacking a degree must have five years of the above-listed experience.
  • May work remotely from any U.S. location.
