  • As a talent associate, you are the "ground floor route" into our business and the primary architect of our clients' sales funnels.

your typical day includes

Following your initial induction, you will focus on the full recruitment lifecycle for elite graduate sales talent:

  • Strategic sourcing: proactively recruiting entry-level candidates to attend our signature assessment days.
  • High-volume screening: conducting telephone interviews to vet for drive, hunger, and sales aptitude.
  • Candidate coaching: providing intensive pre-assessment support to prepare candidates for the rigors of our selection process.
  • Assessment execution: assisting in the running of competency-based assessment days—getting hands-on with preparation, active assessment, and final evaluation to find the very best talent.
  • Feedback: deliver constructive, transparent feedback to ensure the candidates are clear on their areas of improvement. 
  • End-to-end management: navigating applicants through the process from the initial application straight through to the hire and beyond.
