This position will have active involvement in all facets of the organization’s permanent placement business. This position will plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing for placements on a direct hire basis. These activities will include recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating interviews, and filling orders. The client activities may include client development, new account and retention sales calls, obtaining job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts, and taking a positive proactive position in corporate partnering.

  • Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates
  • Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds
  • Frequent contacts with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
  • Active participation in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database

What you need to bring:

  • High School or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 2+ years business-to-business sales experience or 1+ year recruiting experience
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
