The Recruiter, Automation Fulfillment is a key individual contributor at Randstad Digital responsible for driving the full-lifecycle recruitment process within a high-volume, automated environment. This role serves as a strategic bridge between client hiring managers and the talent community, focusing on the seamless execution of workforce planning and fulfillment strategies.

The primary objective of this position is to manage and optimize Vendor Management System (VMS) operations. This includes the daily monitoring of requisitions, ensuring 100% compliance with client standards, and maintaining real-time visibility of the candidate pipeline. By analyzing performance KPIs and embedding within client teams, the Recruiter identifies trends and implements corrective actions to improve submittal-to-hire ratios and overall service delivery.

What you need to bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of recruiting/staffing experience
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • client relationship management: build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and expectations.

Pay Rate: $42,940.00 - $61,200.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
