HR Operations Analyst.

how you will contribute

You will act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to standardize and improve recruitment operations. By delivering training, building process workflows, and managing key vendor partnerships, you ensure consistent delivery against core service level agreements.

your typical day includes

You will monitor centralized mailboxes to oversee onboarding workflows, resolve escalation points from field management teams, and manage tracking systems for internal program metrics. Your time will balance vendor invoice reconciliation with compiling comprehensive performance reports for leadership review.

your responsibilities include

  • Govern centralized requests for job postings, candidate assessments, background checks, and new hire documentation to guarantee 100% adherence to team SLAs.
  • Manage corporate recognition initiatives including Employee Referral Programs by handling exceptions and tracking regulatory compliance.
  • Formulate comprehensive process guides, reference assets, and training webinars to educate cross-functional hiring managers on applicant tracking system utilities.
  • Generate custom weekly and monthly analytical reports to translate key performance metrics into actionable business trends for human resources shared services.
  • Audit and reconcile key processes for federal compliance purposes.
  • Execute system validation testing for newly implemented vendor platforms and software integrations to guarantee operational readiness.
  • Drive independent progress on key deliverables, demonstrating strong self-management, initiative, and ownership without requiring direct daily supervision.

your background

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive recruitment operations experience within corporate staffing, retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
  • Proven experience extracting operational data from human resources technology solutions to design analytical reports and interpret organizational trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical business experience in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated track record of working autonomously and aligning priorities with geographically dispersed stakeholders across competing deadlines.
  • Willingness to execute responsibilities effectively while maintaining high standards of self-governance and accountability to meet team goals.

Pay Rate: $48,925.00 - $74,949.00 Annually

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
