Our Recruitment Advisors source, recruit, interview, and qualify the best engineering talent in the Construction market. The ideal candidate will be interested in joining the world’s largest HR Services organization as an Engineering Recruiter to learn how to apply matching candidates to solve our clients’ unique hiring challenges. This opportunity would be expected to quickly progress into a client-facing, business development role within 6 months to 1 year of employment.

your typical day includes

  • Source and screen potential candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings 
  • Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
  • Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region or with specified clients 
  • Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs
  • Increase the number of qualified applicants in database
  • Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations

  •  2+ year recruiting experience and 1+ years business-to-business sales experience

Pay Rate: CA$55,000.00 - CA$105,000.00 Annually

The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including, as applicable, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
