As a Site Manager, you will be integral to our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) team, providing essential staffing solutions directly to our high-volume clients. You will cultivate strong, collaborative relationships on-site, serving as a dedicated partner who truly understands their workforce needs. Your expertise and supportive approach will ensure seamless talent acquisition and operational excellence, directly contributing to our clients' success.
your typical day includes
Your day will be spent on-site at our client’s location, engaging regularly with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their staffing requirements. You will be actively involved in screening, interviewing, and identifying qualified candidates to efficiently fill open positions. This role involves comprehensively managing the client's workforce, from talent acquisition and selection to ongoing employee support, ensuring smooth operations daily.
your responsibilities include
- Building and maintaining a strong partnership with the client.
- Understanding the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
- Creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs.
- Consistently executing the recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent.
- Screening and selecting candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.
- Complying with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
- Building top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits, fostering a consultative relationship.
- Marketing talent's skills and abilities by making the best match for the client and candidate.
- Offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.
- Providing services that consistently delight our clients and talent.
your background
- 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
- 1+ years in either high volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload.
- Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
- Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives.

Pay Rate: CA$55,000.00 - CA$105,000.00 Annually
The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including, as applicable, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
